Refund policy

All Popstar Baby items are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or accidental purchases.

Please review the product description and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at popstarbabyxo@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Popstar Baby is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout, or normal variations that may occur in made-to-order products.
