Shipping policy

All Popstar Baby items are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Popstar Baby is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost packages caused by an incorrect address entered by the customer.
